2009

February 21, 2009"Names Have Families Too," by Ida Skarson McCormick.   Location:  Seattle Public Library, Lake City Branch. 

April 11, 2009:  "Book Printing and Self-Publishing," by Kathleen Shaputis of Gorham Publishing, Centralia, Washington. Location:  National Archives in Seattle. 

July 11, 2009:  Let's Talk Genealogy, a sharing and discussion time hosted by PS-APG members.  Location:  PS-APG President's home.  Starting time 12 Noon. 

October 28 2009Genealogical Gems at the King County Archives.   This is a field trip and tour of the facilities which will take about 45 minutes.  The tour will start at 10:30 am and be done about 12 noon.  The King County Archives are located at 1215 Fir St. in downtown Seattle.  More information is on the meeting flyer.   

December 12, 2009:  This is our annual Holiday Potluck Party. Location:  National Archives in Seattle

July 2008:  "Art History for Genealogists," by Patricia Moss of MA3 Family History and Art Detective. Held at the Kent Historical Society. 

October 2008:  Nordic Immigration to Washington, tour by Shirley Sjoslien, Docent of the Nordic Heritage Museum. PS-APG business meeting held at Azteca local restaurant in Ballard.

December  2008:  This is our annual Chapter Holiday Party held at NARA.
